Salzburg, Austria
Handmade mousaka, slow-cooked lamb, authentic spreads — made fresh daily in Salzburg and brought straight to you. Mon–Fri, 11:00–17:00.
Every dish we serve begins with an obsession: authentic Cretan ingredients. Our olive oil comes from family groves in Agia Varvara. Our honey is sourced from small apiaries in Sitia. Herbs are handpicked from the mountainsides the island is famous for.
This isn't Greek fusion or a reinterpretation. It's the real thing — preserved the way it has been for centuries, made accessible the way it deserves to be.
Mousaka doesn't cook in twenty minutes. Lamb shanks need hours. The vine leaves must be stuffed by hand. We make everything in small batches, every day — which means when it's gone, it's gone.
We don't freeze. We don't shortcut. We cook like someone is coming for dinner, because someone always is.
"We source from the same family on Crete that's been supplying us for years. When you know where it comes from, you can taste the difference."
